You have probably already explained your symptoms to someone who wasn't really listening. You may have left appointments feeling smaller than when you arrived. You may have started to wonder if you are the problem.

You are not the problem.

I am Sara. I am a clinical herbalist and naturopath. I have also been that patient — the one who was told to push through, to stress less, to be more realistic. I know what it costs to keep searching when the system keeps sending you home empty-handed.

This practice exists because I found another way for myself, for my family and friends. And I want to help you find yours.

The practice

Plant medicine rooted in lived experience

Plant medicine found me when I had run out of other options. Seven years of specialists, hormonal suppressants, surgeries, and eventually a build up of increased doses of strong painkillers just to numb the pain — and still I was barely able to function on most days. When I finally started working with plants, it was my last cry for help. My journey to a better health was slow and full of mistakes. But for the first time in years, something was actually working.

That experience lives in every consultation I offer. I know what it is to search for answers your body already has but you can't understand. I know what it means when someone finally takes the time to hear you and let you make decisions for yourself.

I started on myself. Then quickly after, my family became my first clients. I watched people I loved get better. That was when I knew I needed to train properly.

"I know how hard it can be to learn to trust your body again after years of pain or uncertainty. It takes time, patience, and a great deal of self-compassion."

What I offer

Every person who comes to me has their own story. Some have been living with unresolved symptoms for years. Some have already seen multiple practitioners. Others are looking for a more holistic approach to their health.

What they have in common is a desire to understand why their body is responding the way it is—not simply how to manage the symptoms.

Rather than focusing on a diagnosis alone, I take the time to understand your health in its entirety—your history, your lifestyle, your patterns, and the factors that make your experience unique.

Who I work with, and why

My practice is built around the people I understand most deeply, because I have been them.

Women navigating hormonal conditions that conventional medicine keeps minimising. Athletes whose bodies have stopped performing the way they used to. People who have been running on empty for so long they have forgotten what it felt like to have reserves.

If you recognise yourself in any of that, you are in the right place.

01
Women with hormonal conditions
Endometriosis, PMOS, chronic fatigue, perimenopause, fertility, menstrual irregularity. I have lived these conditions myself and have spent over two years supporting women with them in clinical practice.

02
Athletes, dancers & active people
I trained at national level, so I understand the demands of performance, recovery and the frustration of a body that no longer cooperates. I support athletes, dancers and performers through injury, musculoskeletal conditions, overtraining and their return to performance.

People with chronic & metabolic conditions
Digestive disorders, blood sugar imbalance, allergies, skin conditions, autoimmune disease and chronic inflammation. An individualised approach that looks beyond isolated symptoms to understand the wider picture of your health.

The story behind the practice

From elite athlete
to herbalist —
and everything
in between

An athletic career cut short. Years of being dismissed by specialists. A pandemic that became, unexpectedly, the beginning of something new. A family who became my first patients. And a slow, imperfect, deeply personal discovery that plant medicine could do what nothing else had managed.

How it works

From first conversation to lasting change

01

Discovery call

Free, 15 minutes. Tell me where you are and what you have already tried. I will be honest about whether I think I can help, and what that would look like.

02

Initial consultation

90 minutes. We go deep into your history, your patterns, your daily life — the things that feel unrelated but probably are not. This is a conversation, not an intake form.

03

Your protocol

A personalised herbal formulation, naturopathic guidance, lifestyle adjustments. Built for your specific body and situation, written up and sent within 48 hours.

04

Ongoing support

This is where the real work happens. Your part is showing up — taking the blends, following the protocol, making the changes. My part is adjusting as your body responds. Healing takes time, and I stay with you through it.

05

Follow-up consultation

35–40 minutes, 4 to 6 weeks after the first consultation. We review your progress, reassess the protocol and take your healing journey to the next step.

06

Ongoing support

Between sessions, the work continues. You live the protocol. I remain available. When something shifts — positively or not — we adapt. This is not a fixed plan handed to you once. It is a living process, and I am in it with you.

07

Reassessment

When the time is right, we take stock. A full bilan to look at how far you have come, what still needs attention, and whether further consultations would serve the next stage of your healing journey.

What clients say

In their own words

I left the Indian head massage feeling like I was floating. I genuinely forgot where I had parked my car. Something in my neck that has been tight for two years just... wasn't anymore.

Most of my consultations happen online, which means geography is rarely a barrier. Clients in France and the UK work with a practitioner who understands the Western tradition from the inside. Clients elsewhere access clinical-level herbal medicine without having to compromise on quality or connection.

I practise in English and French. I understand the particular comfort of discussing your health in your mother tongue, the precision it allows, the ease it creates. That matters in a consultation, and I take it seriously.
